Scalloped Bread Rolls
With ground pork, tomatoes and cheese - A quick and rustic snack for a break!
Ingredients
- 4 bread rolls or French baguette
- 250 g minced pork
- 6 medium-sized tomatoes
- 50-60 g pizza cheese (I prefer Dutch cheese but Cheddar works fine as well)
- Some paprika spice
Preparation
- Preheat the oven up to 180° Celsius top heat.
- Blend the ground pork and the minced onions.
- Some grinded pepper.
- Cut the bread rolls into halves.
- Cover them with a good deal of ground pork.
- Put them onto a baking sheet.
- Place slices of tomatoes on the ground meat.
- Spice the grated cheese with Hungarian paprika.
- Distribute it on the tomatoes.
- Keep the prepared bread rolls for 5-8 minutes by top heat in the oven.
- Let the cheese appetisingly melt.
